Purpose of the Admin Officer role:
Branch Admin Officer is responsible for stock management and branch infrastructure including provisioning of material to provide a safe, hygienic and comfortable work environment for employees, students and visitors.
As an Admin Officer, you are expected to:
1. Ensure on time distribution of Study Material, Stationary and other items to the students.
2. Ensure maintenance of branch infrastructure and availability of equipments and smooth functioning of housekeeping, pantry & security guard agencies.
3. Manage maintenance, repair and replacement of office assets.
4. Maintaining & Updating all the utilities bills/ Stocks In-Out and Challan Files at the branch.
5. Ensure smooth & timely, Opening and Closing of the branch and proper placement and maintenance of the Signages, Glow Sign Boards, Trans-lites & Standees etc.
6. Ensure all required NOCs and licenses are procured and renewed.
7. Managing Out-Office and Ad hoc activities.
8. Ensure adherence to internal process and compliances.
To be successful in the Admin Officer role you are required to have:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and writing emails, & comfortable while working on software related to operations.
2. Knowledge of process and vendor management.
3. Multi-tasking abilities.
