Roles and Responsibilities
*Manpower planning and Recruitment .
*To communicate with the store team on a daily basis Ensure availability of Manpower in stores
as per the plan .
*Employee Retention and Attrition control Handling employee grievances .
*Develop best practices Employee engagement .
*Ensure proper salary management Ensuring talent acquisition for upcoming stores .
*People connect ( Employee engagement, Activity, Etc...) .
*Ready to travel for hiring for newly opened stores .
*Basic compliance and IR knowledge .
*Create E code of newly of new joiners in time .
*Conduct walkin / Job Fair / Campus hiring .
Desired Candidate Profile
*Min 1 - 2 years experience,
*Should have handle HRIS / Attendance software .
*Should have handle job portals ,Naukri , Apna , Linkdin etc .
*Excellent excel / word knowledge &
