Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Expert knowledge in GST
Hands on Experience in Income Tax, GST
Good knowledge in dealing with Tax departments
Handling of the assessments 5. Handling of the tax Due Diligence teams
Hands on experience in Advance rulings
Practical experience in filing of returns for Income Tax, GST etc
Handling of Tax Audits
Reconciliation of books with tax returns
Preparation and advisory notes on recent amendments
Preparation of impact analysis of change in Tax laws
Good knowledge on commercial laws
Updated knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and relevant laws
Development of a tax -saving strategy and optimizing respective procedures and adapting to the identified options .
Identification and evaluation of tax risks as well as counteracting them with appropriate statutory Rules & Act.
Handling Meeting Internal & Statutory Audit requirements.
Legal & Statutory compliance related to Company Law, Direct Taxation & Indirect Taxation, PF/PT/ESI/NPS

Desired Candidate Profile

Preparation of MIS on periodical statutory liabilities with proper coordination with the treasury department for timely payment thereof.
Practical experience in ERP & MS Office
