The Sales Executive/Travel Consultant (Sales) monitors competitor landscapes to develop sales strategies. He/She also acquires sales through the generation and follow-up of leads. He/She analyses customer behaviour to support client acquisition and retention through customer enquiries and feedback.

• Analyse client data and purchasing behaviour from customer relationship models.
• Apply upselling techniques.
• Generate sales leads.
• Communication skill must be excellent.
