Understand and align to talent transformation department priorities and goals
Identify training needs by consulting with retail operations team
Tailor the learning and provide solutions/ approaches / methodologies to suit retail front-end
team factoring retail stores perspectives and requirements
Research and bring L&&D best practices and trends into the discussions to suggest and
recommend solutions
Play the role of a sounding board for the business
Partner with HR teams for culture building, employee engagement and retention
Planning and strategizing
Support Head of Retail in strategizing, creating and driving retail learning agendas
Manage the training budgets
