Job Description

What will you do day to day

    Provide an exceptional level of commitment and professionalism in delivering value enhancing BMS PPM activities across Mitie's portfolio of FM clients
    Identifying opportunities for improvement and remedial works that will improve the performance of the BMS and benefit both our clients and the Mitie site teams. Deliver the associated works with support of the BMS design and project management teams.
    Have the opportunity to design and configure controller strategies / schematics for Trend, Tridium and Distech equipment.
    Use initiative to proactively adopt tasks and work alongside the project teams, energy managers and sub-contractors to efficiently deliver improvement works.
    Complete Deep Dive energy optimisation works alongside the Energy Managers to enhance the opportunities for energy savings and carbon reduction.
    Carryout surveys, proposals and quoting of small / remedial works as required.
    Support the wider BMS Operations teams with ad hoc Reactive Callouts on critical sites.
    Seek opportunities to gain greater experience of Tridium, Trend and Distech through small projects and engineering and by completing the available training courses to become an expert in these systems.
