Manages meeting logistics, notes, and coordinates follow-up actions and flow of information to the Executive Leadership teams
Managing the executives calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Assists in the planning, creation, and editing of executive-level presentations and materials, correspondence, spreadsheets, and other business documents
Exceptional computer skills including intermediate or higher-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook and other business applications
Skilled in developing effective relationships and effectively communicating with personnel at all levels throughout the company, including senior executives
Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reporting to the CEO of the company based in USA
