Job Description

Position Name: Lead-Hardware Engineer

No. of Positions: 10

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Job Location: Vijayawada

Experience: 6-10 years experience

Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree in ECE

Notice Period: 0-15 Days

Shift Timings: As Per Project Requirements

Responsibilities:

Lead Schematic and PCB design as per requirement
Be the Point of Contact for Hardware related projects and other dependencies.
Interact with cross functional teams for hardware dependencies, design realization

and implementation.

Prepare Hardware Design and Requirement documents.
Prepare Effort and Cost estimate for product development activities.
Contribute to preparing product requirement document for Improvement and New

Product Developments.

Own pre and post design reviews of Hardware designs for products or

Improvements.

Debug and prepare root cause analysis for factory and field issues.
Interact with QA, EMS team and vendors to cater to their queries.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in PCB design using Altium Design Software.
Experience in Multi-Layer PCB design.
Experience in PCB design with Signal Integrity, Power Integrity and EMI/EMC

considerations.

Experience in working with Serial protocols such as RS422/485, I2C, SPI, UART etc.
Experience in working with Wi-Fi, LoRa and Bluetooth related hardware and antenna

selection.

Experience in working with Microcontrollers and Compute modules.
Experience in preparing FEMCA & DFMEA analysis for Hardware designs.
