Job Description Deliver high- quality training on Software Testing/ Engineering/ Data Analytics that follows company methodology, and matches to the skills required by the corporate client Conduct Training sessions and drive the placement driven quality in the training Regularly coordinate with the Training Manager regarding all training activities and process steps Ensure that each student meets the requirements as per the Client Skill Matrix Explore students to the whole development environment. Explain multiple ways of Writing a program and help students analyze the best way to write the same program Resolve all Technical queries of StudentsRequirements: Must have very strong concepts of Software testing/ Engineering/ Data Analytics, Should have basic knowledge of Statistics Must have hands- on and training experience on Python, Advanced Python, R programming, SAS and machine learning Must have hands- on and training experience on Java, Advanced Java, Core Java, Selenium IDE and testing tools like ALM/ JIRA etc. Should be able to train participants on Pseudo Code test. Should be able to explore students to the whole testing environment. Ability to quickly learn any new technology and impart the same to other employees Ability to resolve all technical queries of students Conduct training sessions and drive the placement driven quality in the training Must be able to work independently without the supervision of a senior person Participate in reviews/ meetings
