Job Description

Managing supplier relations negotiating prices, timelines, and contracts Design plan and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies Responsible for quality & safety of product  Managing daily Purchasing activities and supervising staff  Responsible for developing new potential vendor, Purchase Order, Work Order and Co-coordinating with store team continuously Compare and evaluate offer from suppliers Track order and ensure timely delivery Enter order details (vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases Maintain updated record of purchased products  Monitoring all documents & record keeping  Work with suppliers, manufacturers, dealers, distributors and internal department
