Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to work closely with Software Developers, Project Managers, and IT customers to ensure project requirements are met according to high quality standards while adhering to company compliance policies. Skill Set
Primary
Testing automation experience with Selenium is a must.
Working knowledge on Apriso MES.
Well versed with Software Testing /QA concepts.
Sound knowledge and advanced experience of manual and automated testing is a must.
Well versed with writing & managing test documents (e.g. Test Plan, Test Cases).
Basic Knowledge in testing methodologies including white box testing is required.
Basic knowledge of RDBMS and writing SQL queries is needed.
Real time experience with Defect Life Cycles and Test Management Tools.
Well versed with Test Execution, Exception Reporting and Exception Analysis.
Experience in Test Planning and Test Strategy with proven records is essential.
Well versed with complete test process, bug life cycle, test reporting and test documentation.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)


Secondary
Ability to express ideas or concepts in an effective way.
Demonstrates in -depth understanding of customer s business processes and always be customer centric.
Generate new ideas for continuous improvement in the testing process.
Ability to work with peers in other global locations. Interact regularly with counterparts from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Additional
Designing, Authoring and executing Automation testing scripts.
Hands -on Automation experience in Selenium will be preferred. (Minimum 2 projects or 2 years).


Soft Skills
Must possess excellent technical writing, documentation and communication skills.
Interacts internally /externally on a daily basis to achieve department /work unit goals and initiatives.
Able to handle multiple telephonic calls /conferences .
