Job Description:


As an International Voice Process Executive, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service over the phone. You will be responsible for addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Answering customer calls and providing accurate information about products or services.
  2. Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
  3. Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  4. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively handle customer queries.
  5. Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding order status, pricing, and product availability.
  6. Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  7. Following company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
  8. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining customer databases.
  9. Meeting individual and team targets related to customer service and performance.
  10. Adhering to quality standards and ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements:

  1. Graduate or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  2. Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
  3. Excellent verbal communication skills in English (fluency in additional languages is a plus).
  4. Active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  7. Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with CRM software.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  10. Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
