About Job:

Nature of Job : Resolving the queries of the customers via chat and Email

Qualification : 10+2 or 10+3 or Graduate.

Must have international Chat/Mail Process experience.

Should have excellent English communication in verbal and written

Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support

Should know how to handle the customers and resolve their issues

Should be flexible with rotational shifts
