We are looking for energetic and talented us it Recruiter / Sr. us it Recruitment with excellent written and oral communication skills who are willing to work in night shifts for our Hyderabad & Noida office. We are in the market for 10 years with strong client hold.

Candidates should have 2-4 years of strong experience in US IT Recruitment.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Mandatory Requirements:
1. Understand US employment terms, W2, W2 without benefits, C2C, 1099, Corp to Corp, etc.
2. Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents, and H1-B professionals in the US
5. Must be a team player
6. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
7. Attitude to find answers and solutions
10. Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks
11. Understands the importance of safeguarding all critical data, information, and communication.
12. Multitasking ability with strong time management skills.
13. Must have excellent Sourcing skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Immediate Joiners preferred

Qualification: Graduate- MBA & b-tech Any Specialization
