INTERNATIONAL VOICE and NON-VOICE PROCESS

 WORK FROM HOME 

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Attending to clients query through voice or non voice medium
  • Handling Client Complaints
  • Giving accurate resolution to their query
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
  • Helping management with the smooth flow.

Desired Candidates

  • Graduate freshers can apply.
  • HSC pass with atleast 1 year of experience can join.
  • Preferably from Mumbai location.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Should be flexible with Rotational shift or purely Night shifts.
