Hiring for Collections Legal Manager in Banglore

Qualification :- LLB Compulsory

Exp:- 4-6 yrs exp

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Filing and attending S.138 NI Act Cases, Consumer Cases, DRT, NCLT, Cases filed Against / By Company.
Initiate arbitration and Execution of Arbitration Awards
Physical Possession and Sybolic Possessions of Properties above Rs.1 Crore under SARFAESI.
Drafting and Sending S.13(2) Notices, S.13(4) Notices and other Reply Notices
Liasoning and Coordinating with Enforcement agencies and Police Authorities for Legal Recovery and other Criminal Matters (Complaint Filing)
Attending COC Meetings as regards to NCLT Cases
Coordinating with Legal Firms and Advocates.
Maintaining MIS of all Legal Cases
