4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors to include experience in one or more of the following areas:
Understanding/experience with SSO (single sign-on) solutions
Implementing service-oriented architecture (SOA)
Enterprise application integration (EAI)
Integrating SAP HR and SuccessFactors with internal/external systems
Understanding of data transfer implications
Understanding of data stores
Deep understanding and hands on implementation experience on Success Factors Employee Central module
Experience with Employee Central as an HRIS including features and functions from both an end-user and implementation viewpoint and how it is used as a system of record
Experience on EC functionalities like Global assignment, International transfer,
position management etc. are necessary
Preferred:
Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live
Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central module
Knowledge of agile software development process
Bachelors degree strongly preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex business concepts in non-technical terms.
Customer focused and be able to effectively communicate with a variety of groups
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem solving, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills are required.
