JOB PROFILE :-

Process Design and Development. Process Establishment.

implementing Poka-yoke for new Fixtures.

Tools, Fixtures and Work station development.

Releasing Bill of Material and routing.

Trail run & production handover. Establishment of new capital Equipment/ Facilities .

Productivity Improvement Projects .

Conducting methods and time study and establishing standard time.

Initiate improvement actions to reduce the cycle time through lean practices
