Work Description:

Own development end to end

Design and develop important product features single handedly or with team mates

Maintain high quality bar - responsible for stability, scale, performance and architecture

Interact directly with Product Manager and other stakeholders

Be responsible for your work commitments, timelines etc

Collaborate with team members to build new features, drive releases and ensure smooth deliveries

Contribute in technical decision making

Identify weak spots in the application/platform and suggest solutions to fix them
