Job Description

An agricultural field officer is usually in charge of promoting financial products like loans to farmers. Their duties often comprise travelling to remote villages and checking the prospects of the farmers applying for loans.

What is the role of a Field Officer A Field Officer works at or oversees external locations where company project activities occur. Field Officer responsibilities include making field visits and ensuring company endeavors are successful. Roles & Responsibility:

To create awareness of organic farming.
Search and contact new farmers for Organic farming in respective area.
To conduct farmer training programme of concerned project.
To supervise the farmers of concerned project.
Supervise crops from time to time.
Supervise harvesting and proper dispatches as per company s production schedule and maintain liaison for the farmers and purchase directly from them.
To implement the Internal Controls for organic production.
To maintain the records.
To submit the project data with compiled to higher authorities.
Random check of the internal inspections.
