objectives.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and work collaboratively with them to
address any issues that arise.
Monitor market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
Manage the purchasing team and provide guidance and support as needed.
Develop and maintain purchasing policies and procedures that ensure compliance with
all relevant regulations and laws.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing
excess inventory.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that purchasing needs are met in a timely
and efficient manner.
Ensure that purchasing processes are efficient, effective, and cost-efficient.
Prepare reports and provide analysis to senior management regarding purchasing
activities and trends.
