Job Description - FIG Operations & Servicing

• Servicing existing policies in assigned locations/ partners branches
• Checking for accuracy of premium & Coordination for conversion data with the clients and
  HO. Coordination w.r.t clarifications raised.
• Follow up with clients on documentation, data & payment shortfall.
• Coordination with clients for all deliverables and other pending areas eg Premium Summaries, PDR, Data Dump, Medicals, Docs pending, Awaiting Premium, COI issuance etc.
• Timely dispatch of all client deliverables (Premium Summaries, Data Dump, Policy contract,
  Letters etc).
• Visiting the client for service resolution.
• Coordination & Timely Collection for all claims related documents and lodging the claims
  with HO. Tracking claims and coordinating between Client and Claims
• Tracking audit observation and conclusion & Other Operations areas & MIS. Making
  dashboards/ MIS/ presentation

Criteria:

• Above 60% in any of their 2 academics
• Minimum 1 year experience in MIS and must have excellent Excel knowledge.
