Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the IT industry and should be able to source, screen, and recruit high-quality candidates for our clients. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and must be able to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to identify staffing needs and job requirements.

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract and identify potential candidates through job postings, social media, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating job offers.

Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future job openings.

Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies to better understand job requirements and identify qualified candidates.

Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track and manage candidate information and progress.

Provide guidance and support to other recruiters on the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the US market.

Strong knowledge of the IT industry and trends.

Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting high-quality IT candidates.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
