Role: IT Technical Analyst(Azure)

 

Job Location: Mumbai (Vile Parle)!

 

Educational Qualification:  Any Graduate/Graduate

 

Experience: 5-10 years.                                                                    

Working Days: Monday to Friday

 

POSITION AVAILABLE: IT Technical Analyst - Mumbai - Full Time

 

Act as technical point of contact regarding IT incidents and requests. Provide day-to-day global user support for staff via Incident Management and Request Fulfilment procedures.

Work with IT Technical teams to maintain and monitor network infrastructure and operating systems. Work on global implementation projects, standardizations, automations, new developments.

 

Areas of Responsibility:

 

  1. User Support
  • Analyse, triage, troubleshoot and document reported incidents
  • Fulfil requests submitted via appropriate IT channels
  • Escalate incidents and requests to senior technical teams
  • Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in various systems
  • Create technical training materials and documentation
  • Provide documentation for resolution in the knowledge base
  • Adhere to operational KPIs and SLAs

 

  1. Non-user Support

 

  • Maintain Office365 environment including licensing, system health
  • Provide support for server hardware and operating systems
  • Provide monitoring and maintenance of key compute infrastructure
  • Perform monthly maintenance activities for key infrastructure components

 

  1. Project Support

 

  • Contribute to regular global IT projects
  • Act as project coordinator for transitions and change management
  • Drive towards standardization and automation of standard operational activities.

 

Required Skills:

 

  • Minimum 4 years of IT experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft based Operating systems with an emphasis on Windows operating systems, Office applications and Internet Browsers

 Working knowledge of Cloud Technologies (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams OneDrive, Azure, virtualization)

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory
  • Excellent customer management skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to communicate and work globally across regions and teams
  • Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a global team
  • Successful delivery against commitments and deadlines.
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Attention to detail, proactivity

 

Desired Skills:

 

  • ITIL knowledge
  • Experience in backup software and systems
  • Experience in security with antivirus, threat protection, content filter and other security solutions
  • Knowledge of Atlassian software products

 

  • Reports to Chief Technical Officer
