We are currently looking for a strong Team Leader to provide direction to our production/calling team. The Team Leader will be tasked with developing a timeline for each project and delegating the individual components to members of the team, including him/her. The Team lead will be charged with regularly reporting on the teams progress in meetings or through regular email contact or reports.
Actively seeks to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behavior
Ensure process goals and objectives are being met by each employee and provide constructive feedback
Address customers concerns with reference to products (including adverse event reporting), services rendered or employee interactions
Establish tasks for employees to ensure a clean & congenial work environment
Shrinkage & attrition management through elevation of employee motivation and morale
Demonstration of leadership skills & pro-active thinking, maintenance of harmonious
relations to boost loyalty and productivity
Production supervision, management and delivering operational excellence in conformity
with desired industrial standards
Ensure customer satisfaction and positive interaction with the company
Train new employees on company standards and procedures, from how to handle a negative
customer experience to how to properly interact with clients
Active call monitoring and barging to identify and resolve deviations
Oversee and administer quizzes and tests to ensure employees have a firm understanding of
company policy
Qualification for Team Leader
Experience organizing training initiatives for departments within the company
Bachelor's degree in management or other relevant industry field is preferred
Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple company initiatives and encourage co- workers to do the same
Proficient in using Microsoft Suite and other data entry software
Instructional experience in a group business setting preferred
Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
Experience analysing company needs, employee development and goal setting
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
Extensive knowledge of management strategies and practical application in the workplace
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday) Weekly Off Sunday (Fixed)
Working Hours: 10 Am 6 Pm
