Job Title - Automation Lead
Location - Mumbai (Kurla)

Candidate would be in-charge of leading the Automation Center of Excellence . The ask would largely be on the below two aspects:
1. Provide direction & run the Automation COE
a. Identify, evaluate, on-board, build capability & drive utilization at scale of newer
technologies in Automation (such as SharePoint, RPA, Low code no code, IoT, Blockchain
etc.)
b. Evaluate and meet the automation requirements posted to the automation COE in the
most effective manner
2. Lead the automation of all the corporate functions
QUALIFICATION:
Graduation from Engineering discipline
Post Graduate preferable
Certification/ Degree in digital automation would be an advantage
EXPERIENCE:
12+ years of relevant experience with business background
Deep expertise of adopting and rolling out new age digital technologies in automation
Experience of developing and leading a team
Strong connects with OEM eco system
Experience of automating corporate functions such as HR, Finance, CS/ Legal, Branding, etc.
Experience of building/ running a capability/ practice would be desirable
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
Liaising with corporate functions to understand & identify the opportunities for automation
Drive workshops and discovery sessions
Develop business cases for automation requirements
Execute projects in an agile manner
Bring in the external perspective, trends & best practices in automation
Execute POCs to evaluate newer technologies in automation and scale the successful ones in a cost-effective manner
Provide a vision to the Automation COE and a career path to the COE team
Have a point of view on How to do more with less make best utilization of existing investments
Identify means to add value to business and become a strategic partner rather than just an enabler
Work with partners and vendors (in a multi-vendor environment) for various capabilities
Continuously review the automation stack for improvements performance improvements, reduce overall TCO through cost optimizations & better the predictive capabilities
Bring in thought leadership with regards to Automation to make the business an automation driven business; and help in driving business KPIs
