What will you be doing?
A natural leader, you will need to have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You will be working alongside Stakeholders from different areas, such as Technology, Editorial, Marketing, Sales, so you will need to be a natural team player and ready to rise to the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment.
The new Head of Data, India will lead the regional team of Data Engineers and Data Scientists to execute a roadmap that successfully safeguards and supports data curation and processes. You will use your experience and leadership skills to improve hiring and retention policies in our regional office in India, thus managing operational risk and improving efficiency. This will provide support across the Argus DS function, and it will speed up development timelines across for Prices, Analytics and DS Studio.
You will play a vital part in establishing round the clock operational support for our products by establishing partnerships with Argus employees across our global offices. The strategic planning, execution, safeguarding, staff management practices and plans are expected to add value across all areas of responsibility. This will increase efficiency, client satisfaction, client retention, enable the continuous delivery of the highest quality products, thus forging new opportunities for product support and development.
