Job Description

Hiring, training, and motivating accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks.

Evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures increase accuracy and efficiency

Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Manage cash flow and ensure that the company has adequate funds to meet its obligations

Oversee the accounting department and ensure that financial records are accurate and up-to-date

Work with other departments to ensure that the company's financial goals are met

Analyse financial data and identify trends Develop and implement financial plans

Prepare reports and presentations for the board of directors.

Understand banking in all respect and take care of documentation and communication

.Proficiency with accounting software such as Tally and/or ERP
