Job description: -

We have an urgent opening for the position of HR & Recruitment Executive for a reputed company at the Goregaon location.

50 % of the Job profile will include recruitment as a key responsibility.
Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process
On-Boarding process
Prepare and share reports/ updated data (MIS) on a regular/ daily basis
Centralized Employee Data Management.
Exit Management
Documentation in the Employee Life- Cycle

Requirements: -

Excellent spoken/written English communication skills
Must be proficient in sourcing the right candidate through Head Hunting, Networking Sites, Job Portals, Referrals
Strong presentation skills.
Should be adaptive to HR operations.
Should be sincere and hardworking and must be open to handling the pressure.
Should be able to work independently.
