We are looking for Freelance Recruiter(IT & Non IT)

JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Company: This company is Bangalore based HR GROUP firm providing recruitment solutions in IT and Non IT clients across PAN India.

Position: Freelance Recruiter(IT & Non IT)

Experience: 1+ yrs in Recruitment

Location: Permeant Work from Home

Qualification: Any

Job Responsibility: Search resumes from different job portals, as per the requirement. Screening resumes of IT professionals/ IT consultants according to client requirements.

Interviews of candidates telephonically after screening and short listing of Resumes Negotiating the compensation packages and coordinating with the candidate & client.

Coordinating with candidates through email/phone for interviews, feedback and selection. Pre interview and post interview follow up with the candidates and ensuring joining of candidates.

Communicate with Hiring Managers On time delivery Recruiter

Qualifications/Skills: Recruiting and interviewing skills Phone, Google Meet, and online meeting platform skills Communication and Mail Management skills Minimum 1+ years experience recruiting in relevant industry environment.

Must have : Excellent communication, own laptop/Desktop with internet connectivity, Smart phone

Preference: NO

Mode of hiring: Freelance

Salary: Payment per closure - Billing percentage will be communicated in advance.
