Urgent hiring for the post of Technical Project Manager @Kolkata
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
We are looking for an innovative Technical Project Manager. Able to lead a technical team.
Education background:
* B.Tech / MCA in Information Technology or Computer Science.
* M.Tech preferred .
Experience:
* Minimum 10-15+ Year of experience .
* More than 5+ years of technical experience in IoT field in Project Management Role.
Responsibilities and Duties:
He/She should be able to:
* At least 10-15 years of experience leading software development teams.
* Hands on development leadership experience in Server side, IoT, Android iOS etc.
* Ability to finalize SRS with clients.
* Ability to break development effort into sprints.
* Ability to outline logic flow and algorithms of complicated sections to the Devteam.
* Ability to drive delivery.
* Ability to supervise onsite installations.
* Ability to research competitor's product features and formulate aggressive feature enhancement plans for Hipla's product suite.
* Thorough knowledge of network protocols.
* Thorough knowledge of MQTT, HTTP protocols.
* Familiarity/working experience with Raspberry Pi.
* Thorough knowledge of micro service architecture.
* Capability to lead refactoring exercises to improve layering, code quality, security and compliance (GDPR etc).
* Ability to lead Qa efforts to build world class products.
* Ability to formulate techno commercial proposals for client.
* Ability to take handover from BD and take charge of development, customization and implementation lifecycle.
* Ability to build and lead excellent support team.
* Ability to pitch into any development blocker and solve it hands on.
Background capabilities and knowledge required:
* At least five years experience leading IoT teams from PM role.
* Experience in interacting with clients to understand functional requirements in the above mentioned areas and capability of instantly proposing architectures across the table in client conversations.
* Ability to act as the bridge between BD team/client and Development team.
* Rich knowledge and experience of Analytics AND AI/ML/DL in IoT field.
* Knowledge and awareness on IoT gateways products, agents, sensors and devices.
