We are looking for Strategic and innovative HRO Lead who translates business vision into HR initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth and employee engagement.

 The person should be managerial and functional expertise to provide support to Business Partners. Proactive role within the Management Team with strategic focus on supporting business growths

As Business Development

• Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market
• Creating leads in a continuous basis.
• Liaising with potential clients to get
• Clients Follow-up - proposal status,
• Building relationships with new clients
• Maintain Business Development tracking spreadsheet & Submit weekly Business Development reports to the management
• Solution provider to most of the office problems as well
• Achieve the targeted revenue, profitability, as set by the management
• Creating a positive Brand Image for the

HR Lead - skills/essentials:

• Excellent communication skills honed in business partnering/advisory roles
• Examples of adding value as both an individual contributor and active team member
• Experience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals
• Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the executive
• Ability to represent the Human Resource function as part of the bigger business picture
• Confident directing HR and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development.
• A professional and commercial approach to HR, with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction, appropriate development and reward for individuals
