Job Description :Sr Technical Field Maintenance Service Engineer
The Engineering position we are looking to fill with be primarily to handle daily operational tasks for the Engineering team.
- Will be expected to intercept all incidents and service requests that come from ITSE left from US and during their business hours. These are usually user issues or operational system health checks.
- System Center experience is a requirement of the position. Configuration Manager experience is a must and will need to have experience with this tool. Other System Center tools such as HyperV, DPM, and Operations Manager are a plus.
- The position will require experience with backup and recovery technologies for Windows servers. We use DPM, Veeam, and Azure File Sync.
- The position will be performing server security patching and creating packages using System Center Configuration Manager to update 3rd party applications on client systems.
- Mac use and management experience is a plus.
- Looking for someone with good communication skills, someone who isnt afraid to ask questions, and someone who will do what they are asked and agree to do.

- Experience in handling helpdesk, ticketing tools (Like, Remedy , servicenow)
- Knowledge about Citrix.
- Install, support and troubleshoot office 365.
- Well versed with Excel, word.
- Worked on domain environment.
- Good in interactions with international suppliers/clients (English is must)
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows XP, 7, 8, 10 and Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 and any other authorized desktop applications.
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
- Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers
- Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers
- Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards
- Performs work in compliance within specified warranty requirements
- Returns defective equipment/parts to maintenance inventory, documents.
- Maintains and restocks assigned parts inventory to insure proper spare parts levels
- Safely package equipment for branches and arrange for the transport of the equipment
- Responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring to
- personal computers (PC) or notebooks that has authorized access to the network
- When the restoration is beyond the scope of the computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment the Desktop Support Engineer will escalate the issue/problem to proper tier 3 support team member
- Develop trends by monitoring and analyzing incoming calls, problems and support requests
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Excellent technical knowledge of pcs and desktop hardware.
- Ability to operate tools, components and peripheral accessories.
- Microsoft Desktop Support Technician an advantage.
- Software and Hardware Troubleshooting.
- Windows XP, 7,8,10 working experience
- Microsoft Office 2007,2010, 2013, 2016 support
- TCP/IP
- Working knowledge of remote control tools.
- Knowledge of all software applications used within the organization
