Qualification: Diploma/B.E Mechanical

Experience: 5+ Years

Salary: Upto 40k

Location : Chakan

Skills Required:

ISO 9001:2015, Quality Audit , IATF

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement and maintain the QMS to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
2. Establish and maintain quality control procedures for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
3. Conduct audits of the QMS to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Manage the investigation of quality-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
5. Develop and implement training programs for employees to promote quality awareness and compliance with QMS requirements.
6. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement process improvements that enhance product quality and reduce costs.
7. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the performance of the QMS to senior management.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with requirements and maintain customer satisfaction.
9. Coordinate and lead external audits and certifications related to quality management.
