Job Description
:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our overseas recruitment agency based in Chennai, India. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates for our international clients.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Screen resumes and job applications to identify potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens to determine candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates.
Negotiate job offers with candidates and facilitate the hiring process.
Build and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with international clients to understand their recruitment needs.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably with an overseas recruitment agency.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and databases.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
