We are looking for a BPO Team Leader for a very reputed company of Mumbai. Please find the details mentioned below:
1. Designation: Team Leader
2. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 6 Junior Tele Sales support and invoicing executives & over see their day to day activities
- Ensure customer orientation/sensitivity within the team to establish a high level of customer satisfaction
- Basis of the client data create an outbound call roster for maximum prodcutivity
- Coordinate with Field sales teams and logistics teams to fac ilitate the servicing of the clients
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure product availability Training teams on soft skills
- Coordinate with the sales manager to uderstand and align the teams efforts to over all companies sales objectives
- Provide resolutions of client complaints and greiviances and inter departmental conflicts
- Set clear team goals and KPls
- Develop a well-designed and motivating evaluation program Maintain and report MISs for team performance appraisal on Daily weekly monthly basis
- Motivate and Lead team members efficiently
3. Location: Mumbai (Govandi)
4. Work timing: 10 AM to 7.30 (1 hour lunch break)
5. Education: Any graduate
6. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in BPO / Call Centre
7. Gender: Female
