Functional Responsibilities
Engage with the mapped customers for converting the account as the primary account of the customer. and maximizing revenue from the customer
Act as a financial facilitator to the customer
Ensure activation of alternate channel facilities and other value added services for Relationship Customers
Regularly analyze the account transactions, understand needs and assist to fulfill the banking needs of the customer.
Ensure customer retention through constant engagement and personalized services.
Be responsible for timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
Source new to bank relationships through referrals and market combing.
