Dear Reader,

We need a Software Engineer or Senior Software Engineer to join our team and work on the NICE inContact platform to include inContact Studio scripting. In this role, you will be involved in all tiers of the inContact technology.

Qualifications For Success:

2 or moreyears of IVR and ACD development experience (Software Engineer) or 8 or more years of IVR and ACD development experience (Senior Software Engineer)

1 or more years of experience with scripting (Software Engineer) or 4 or more years of experience with scripting (Senior Software Engineer)

Additional cloud telephony experience. For example Five9, Talkdesk, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Genesys Cloud, or 8X8 telephony platform experience is preferred

Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
