Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Educate customers about our service offerings, features, and benefits
- Ensure comfortable and timely journey as rostered
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely pickup drop processing and issue resolution.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and preferences.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations, focusing on problem resolution.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to enhance, services, and customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
