Designation: Customer Representative Officer

Location: Andheri East

Experience: 3, years

Salary Range: up to.20, k TO 25.K

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.
  2. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  4. Educate customers about our service offerings, features, and benefits
  5. Ensure comfortable and timely journey as rostered
  6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely pickup drop processing and issue resolution.
  7. Proactively engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and preferences.
  8. Handle customer complaints and escalations, focusing on problem resolution.
  9. Collect and analyse customer feedback, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  10. Collaborate with relevant teams to enhance, services, and customer experience.
  11. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
