Job Description

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering inbound calls, and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales.
• Answer inbound calls from customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a positive relationship with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
