Work Location: Tin Factory.Note : Interview Location - Jayanagar 4th Block. Interview Process : *Typing Test *Writing *Hr Round *Ops Round.
Roles and responsibilities :-Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Communicating with customers through various channels for eg : Email and chat process.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
Responsible for dealing with Domestic Clients Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries.
Involved in Providing email support for quires.
Handling inbound / emails / chats resolving.
Proficient in Understanding customer issues and should be good in excel and written English.
Requirements :Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Cs role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Patience when handling tough cases.
