Roles and Responsibilities : Listen to customers' concerns, issues and questions.
Resolve customers' concerns and answer customers' questions to your best ability.
Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints.
Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively,
answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
Recommend possible products to meet the customers needs
Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions.
Handle and gather confidential information.

Strong verbal communicator
Familiar with the software used to connect with customers and gather their information
Knowledge of applicable products and markets.
Eligibility Criteria Must be a graduate.
English and Hindi is Mandatory. Salary - Min 20,000 to Max 32,000 In Hand + Incentives + Allowance.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service domain.
Candidate should be open to relocate to the nearest work hub Bangalore
Bellandur
Must be comfortable with 6 working Days.
Must be comfortable with rotational shifts as per business requirement.
No night shift for female employees.Documents Required- 1 copy of Resume
