Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Minimum of three years progressive core human resources and training experience
  • Bachelors degree preferred, certificate in related field desired
  • Hotel Management Subject Knowledge

       Front Office,

       F&B Production & Service,

       Housekeeping,

       Engineering SOPs

       Business Skills

  • Hands-on Experience working with

       Gen Zs

       Gen Alphas

  • Experiential Learning Methodologies
  • Learning Evaluation Frameworks

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

 

1.

Participates in the development of Human Resources strategies which are aligned with the overall objectives of the Sterling Group

 

  • Implements strategies for L&D ( learning and development program)
  • Monitors status regularly and course corrects strategies as appropriate
  • Develops and implements training plans which are aligned with the Sterlings business strategies

 

2.

Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the service experience trainings through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations

 

  • Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing training on the guest service
  • responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied
  • use their best judgment to achieve 100% Guest Satisfaction
  • Partners with Department Managers quality service

 

3.

Creates a work environment

Aligned with Brands culture by designing, conducting, reporting to all different management skills

Business skills training on a regular basis for

  • Resorts
  • Call Centers
  • Branch Offices
  • Corporate Office

 

Maintains a Training Roster for every training program delivered

  • Participants Details,
  • Feedback Scores,
  • Delivery Deck

 

4.

 Strategize, Design and Produce

eLearning Content on various learning programs required at the

  • Resorts
  • Call Centers
  • Memberships
  • Branch Offices
  • Corporate Office

 

Expectations

Prerequisite, pre-condition, be good to organize

 

Training Need Analysis   -                Reviews guest satisfaction, Partners with operational leaders

 

Developing Training Plan -               both offline & online deliveries -

 

Training Delivery -                             Fire Safety, POSH, Ethics & Integrity, and First Aid

 

Develop Departmental Trainer       SOP training (standard operation Procedure)

 

Training Effectiveness -                   monitor guest feedback,

 

Process Improvement                     Recommend changes in the SOPs

 

Maintenance of LMS -                     Learning Management system

 

Training Budgets                               Making and completing training budgets

 

Employee Engagement                   Assisting the Human Resources team in regular Employee Engagement Activities
