QA Lead
Experience: 10 to 12 years

Skill Sets:
Team Leadership
Capable of drafting QA Strategy
Hiring, recruitment of QA Team Members
Training QA Team Members
Experience in Manual as well as Automation Testing
Some experience in BFSI or Fintech domain
Additional Preferences:
Knowledge of Selenium, JMeter etc would be a plus
Knowledge of Load Testing, Security Testing would be considered a plus
ISTQB Certification would be a plus
Job Responsibilities:
Leading a team of Manual and Automation Testers
Creating and Verifying Test Cases
Maintaining Test Logs
Recording Test Cases in JIRA
Improving the QA process
Training QA Team Members
Creating and documenting SOPs for the QA team
