Ensure product knowledge by Insurance ways of training. 6. Field demonstration (FODs). 7. Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits. 8. Work with agents on planning and reviewing of activities and goals. 9. Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same. Meet Business Targets 10. Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans. 11. Ensure companies' product mix sales ratio and adhere to the business norms. 12. Achievement of business plan & GPA. Recruitment / Development & Activation of agent as per plan.
