Job Description Customer Service Representative for Inbound / Outbound Contact Center
Qualification & Work Experience:
- Preferred domain Telecom services and Customer Support.
- Minimum one year prior experience in a similar role.
Language Proficiency:
- Agent must have excellent English speaking skills with neutral accent, including a high fluency in reading, writing, speaking and the use of the English language.
Technical Proficiency:
- An advanced general Microsoft Windows and computer skills, and accurate data entry abilities. Incident/Service Management experience.
Customer Service & Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and technical skills (e.g. database, telecommunication systems), technically appropriate communication skills, clear understanding of all processes / work instructions and an understanding of Telstras network, products and services.
Flexibility and other capabilities:
- Flexible to work in 24 x7 environment, primarily during Australian business hours. Agents unable to meet the requirements of an Australian working hour will be unacceptable candidates for this order.
- Demonstrated multi-tasking capabilities
The candidate should carry below mentioned documents in Original:
- 10th, 12th, Graduation and Post-Graduation (Mark Sheet and Certificate). Provisional DegreeCertificate
- 2 Color Passport Size Photographs.
- ID Proof Pan Card, Driving License, Voters ID, and Passport. AADHAAR CARD-Mandatory
- Previous Employer Relieving Letter or Experience Letter. (If Any)
- Current Employer Appointment Letter and Salary Slips (Last 2 - 3 Months) (If any)
