Job Description

Understands products by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting products.
- Coordinate with Marketing department to gather customers, competitors and related industries data.
- Analysis sales win-loss.
- Develop sales skill to sales team member.
- Support sales team member to close sales.
- Develops customers by maintaining relationship with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins;
responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
- Qualifies customers by understanding customer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building relationship.
- Demonstrates products by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; explaining warranties and services.
- Support sales team member to close sales.
- Provides sales management information by completing reports.
- Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
