Walkin Venue: #D.No:1-10-147/7, Saif Complex, 1St Floor, Opp: Pragathi Jr College, Shashabgutta, Mahabubnagar - 509001 (Ts).
Roles and Responsibilities:
1)Participate in field-marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of IIFL_Gold Loan branch in the
2)proper catchment areas.
3)Sales & marketing activities on daily basis for generating the business
4)New KYC generation (New CUID) & customer service of a GL Branch.
5)Attend customer queries about IIFL gold loan & its various schemes.
6)Provide after sales service to existing customers and obtain references from them to increase customer base.
7)Verify customers KYC & complete online registration. Call customer as per CRM lead (Winback, Customer Referral & Leaders app fresh leads)
8)Generate leads by Marketing activities (Cold) and reference calling.
9)Call customers for interest collection.
10)Ensure proper customer relation for renewal & reference.
11)Handle front desk activity & maintain data on CRM . Drive cross-selling of other financial instruments of IIFL.
