Job Description

We are looking for Senior Architects with 10+ years of experience to lead CDA's growing healthcare and institutional portfolio. The successful candidate is expected to single-handedly steer the conceptual designs, planning, presentations, lead a team of junior and intermediate designers to augment high-quality construction documentation. Candidates with prior experience of working with large-scale healthcare, institutional projects both in the public and private domain is be preferred but not a deal-breaker. Key responsibilities include:

1. Conceptualize design concepts, planning, and programming, knowledge of applicable statutory codes and compliances.

2. Guide 3D visualizers to develop 3D renderings for client presentations

3. To be able to handle and lead multiple projects simultaneously

4. Work in tandem with architects and quantity surveys to furnish BOQs, coordinate DDs, etc.

5. Updated knowledge of various building materials, interior finishes, etc.

6. Experience in coordinating MEP and other services with interior design.

7. Periodic site monitoring to ensure design comprehension by the site teams.
