  • Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
  • Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan
  • Deploying a wide variety of training methods - OJT | Classroom Training | Virtual Training
  • Consider the regional training needs & devise methods accordingly
  Role Deliverables:
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs of Beauty Advisors | Makeup Artists | Skincare Consultants through job analysis & Performance analysis
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
  • Monitor and evaluate training program s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
  • Manage training budget
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
  • Maintain all Training Reports & suggest improvements in the same
